Mrs. Lennie Huffman, 92, of Henry died Sunday, March 3, 2013, at Regional Hospital of Jackson.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 9, 2013, at Rawls Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Friday from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
James Grooms, 66, Cottage Grove, died Thursday, Feb. 28 at his residence. Memorial service at 10 a.m. Friday at McEvoy Funeral Home.
Survivors include a son, Kerry, Wisc.; sister Carolyn Yarbrough, Phoenix; half-sisters Ruby Evans and Cindy Robbins of Paris; two brothers, Billy Grooms, Paris; Tommy Grooms, Mich.; and half-brother, Eddie Robbins of Paris.
Sandra Savage, 55, Paris, died March 2 at her home. No services are planned at this time. McEvoy Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include her husband, Fred Savage, Paris; two daughters, Mildred Crabtree and Dawn Lindley, both of Paris; step-daughters Miranda Savage, Murray; and Katherine Gilmer, Gleason; two sons, Ed Lindley, Mo.; Peter Lindley, Paris; step-sons, Fred Savage Jr. and Matthew Savage, both of Henry; a sister, Mary Kay Watson, Henry; and brother, Charles Allen, Mo.
Gary and Frankie Braddy
Gary and Frankie Braddy were killed in a fire February 28. Joint memorial services will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Ridgeway Funeral Home, followed with cremation.
They both attended Shady Grove Baptist Church and Jesus Saves Baptist Church. He worked at Emerson's Electric for many years and was a self-employed painter. She worked at Salant and Salant for many years.
They are survived by three daughters, Melissa Caho, Springville; and Amanda McCabe and Nicole O'Connor, both of Buchanan; a son, Wayne, Paris.
Mr. Braddy also is survived by a brother, Jerry of Florida.
Mrs. Braddy is also survived by two sisters, Linda Brown, Puryear; and Vickie Watson, Buchanan; and a brother, Jeffrey Wallace of Paris.
Philip Polizzi of Big Sandy, TN passed away on Saturday at the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. His funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at McEvoy Funeral Home, 10:00 A.M. with burial and a graveside service to follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett, MO. His visitation is scheduled from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. on Monday and after 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday at McEvoy.

Daniel was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. He had retired from Sav-A-Lot, was a St. Louis Cardinal Fan and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

She was born in Jasper County, IN to the late Ernest and Lula Nelson Sweeney. On April 26, 1947 she married Louis W. Ellefson, he preceded July 7, 1991.
Survived by daughters: Bonnie Carson, Paris, Darlene (Timothy) Strom Portage,IN; step-daughter: Velda (Lyle) Wheatley, Manistique, MI; step-son: Thomas (Connie) Ellefson, Chesterton, IN; four grandchildren, several step-grandchildren, five great grandchildren, several step-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Preceded by sisters: Leta Jones, Margaret Hill, Sylvia Schlitzer and Mary Schlitzer; six brothers: John, Walter, George, Leonard, Charlie and Frank Sweeney.
Mrs. Ellefson was a member of Paris First United Pentecostal Church and she was a homemaker.

Dennis Earl Overby
Dennis Overby, 58, Paris, died Thursday, Feb. 28 at Alive Hospice at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Ridgeway Funeral Home, with burial at Bevil Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley Wade Overby; daughter Billie Bates, Pris; son Tommy Overcast, Puryear; sister Marie Madden, Big Sandy; and two brothers, Jerry and Larry, both of Paris, plus numerous grand and great-grandchildren.
He was a painter at Mohon for many years.
Catherine Goforth Rhodes
Catherine Rhodes, 88, Nashville, formerly of Paris, died at her daughter's residence. Private family services will be held, with burial in Simmons Cemetery. McEvoy Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
Her husband, Robert Rhodes, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her daughter, Bonnie Granahan, Nashville.
She was a homemaker and a Methodist.

Gerald Kenneth "Bunny" Spaulding, 75, died Thursday, Feb. 21, at Paris Healthcare. A memorial service is planned at 1 p.m. Saturday at Ridgeway Funeral Home.
Visitation will be after 11 a.m. Saturday.
His wife, Elnora Ferguson Spaulding, also preceded him in death.
His fiancee, Sandra Johnson, survives in Paris.
Spaulding was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. He retired from Haldex after 33 years. He also served in the National Guard.
Besides his fiancee, he leaves one brother: Dickie Spaulding of Paris; a sister-in-law: Jean Spaulding of Collierville; an aunt: Pauline Spaulding of Paris; and several nieces and nephews.

She was born in Bedford, Ohio to the late Dewitt and Hazel Benner Fettel. On November 30, 1958 she married Richard "Dick" Levesque, he survives in Puryear.
Survived by daughters: Patricia (Phil) Waltner, Dillon, MT, Tara Levesque, Staton, OR; son: Richard Levesque, Salem, OR; nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Preceded by sister: Betty Lou Parker and a brother: Robert Gene Brubaker.
Judy was a retired bookkeeper and attended Santa Rosa Junior College. She did counted cross stitch and loved sailing, camping and traveling.

His wife, Mary, preceded in death. Survivors include a daughter, Judy Thompson, Knoxville; and son Jack, Michigan, plus a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He owned a fuel distribution company in Hammond, Ind. and worked for the Ohio RR System during WWII in lieu of military service.
